These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, products, services, and communications offered by 1000597333 Ontario Inc ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our website, registering for our free training, applying for a diagnostic call, purchasing our coaching services, or providing your phone number for SMS communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

SERVICES

1000597333 Ontario Inc provides drumming education content, free online training, free diagnostic consultations, and paid coaching services to drummers. Specific terms for paid coaching are provided separately in the coaching agreement at the time of enrollment.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to register, apply, or purchase services. By using our services you confirm that you meet this requirement.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

When you register for our training or apply for a diagnostic, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

COMMUNICATIONS FROM US

By providing your email address you agree to receive email communications from us. By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box you agree to receive marketing and promotional text messages from us. See the SMS Terms of Service section below for full details on text message communications.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

Paid services are billed at the time of enrollment or per the schedule outlined in your coaching agreement. All sales are final unless a refund policy is explicitly stated in the offer at the time of purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date by emailing [email protected] with the product name and reason for requesting a refund. No refunds will be provided more than 30 days following the date of purchase. If you do not request a refund by the end of the 30th day, you are required to complete the remaining payments and will not be eligible for a refund.

All refunds are discretionary. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if it appears the request is being used to obtain training material without paying for it.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, in our training videos, in our coaching materials, and in our community is the intellectual property of 1000597333 Ontario Inc. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, modify, or reuse any of our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

DISCLAIMER OF RESULTS

We make no guarantees about specific outcomes from our training or coaching. Results depend on individual effort, application, physical condition, and circumstance. Testimonials and case studies are representative of specific student experiences and are not promises of similar results for others.

Every effort has been made to accurately represent our products and their potential. There is no guarantee that you will achieve any specific results from using the techniques and ideas in our materials.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1000597333 Ontario Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold 1000597333 Ontario Inc harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

SMS TERMS OF SERVICE

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

1000597333 Ontario Inc operates a recurring marketing SMS program for drummers who register for our free online training. The program delivers training reminders, related educational content, student case studies, and information about our coaching services and offers.

HOW TO OPT IN

You opt in by providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our webinar registration form at yourdomain.com/register. The SMS consent checkbox is optional. You can complete registration without opting in to SMS.

By checking the box, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from 1000597333 Ontario Inc.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Up to 50 messages per month.

MESSAGE AND DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your wireless carrier and are your responsibility. We do not charge for the SMS service itself.

CONSENT

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of registration or purchase. You may register for our training and purchase our services without agreeing to SMS communications.

HOW TO OPT OUT

Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out of further marketing text messages.

After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further marketing text messages from us. To opt back in after opting out, register again through our webinar registration form.

Alternative methods of opting out (such as replying with different words or making informal requests) will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. You must reply STOP.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier and device.
